Meditation & Shared Practice Offerings
We offer regular periods of shared silent meditation as well as retreats, classes, and our monthly mindfulness practice group. Many of these are offered freely (donation-based) for the benefit of the community, and we value the connection and support that shared practice provides. All our offerings are open to everyone, especially newcomers.
Spiritual direction is the sacred crucible for deep personal growth. It’s the one-to-one process of asking meaningful questions and listening with the help of another who invites focus and presence. The core mission of spiritual companionship is helping us recall our true essence.
Secular mindfulness training has become not only a mainstream wellness practice, but a widely recognized skillset for people of all ages and personality types.
